De Europese Commissie beslist, op advies van de werkgroep van wetenschappers CIEM, welke voorschriften er toegepast zullen worden op alle lidstaten, om de bescherming en de duurzame exploitatie van de voorraden te verzekeren.<br \/>\nOm het hoofd te bieden aan het teruglopen van het bestand van de Europese aal, is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.op-estuaires.fr\/nl\/reglementation\/reglementation-anguille\/\">Europese verordening EC nr 1100\/2007<\/a> aangenomen, waarbij de Lidstaten verzocht worden een Beheersplan op te stellen om de door de mens veroorzaakte sterfte terug te brengen. Wat betreft de visvangst, wordt de dan toegestane recreatieve visvangst verboden en de beroepsvangst verminderd.<\/div>\n<div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-2783858\" style=\"height: 20px; clear: both; width: 100%;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-1264997\" style=\"height: 20px; clear: both; width: 100%;\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"kc-elm kc-css-1477871 kc_row\">\n<div class=\"kc-row-container  kc-container\">\n<div class=\"kc-wrap-columns\">\n<div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-1933595 kc_col-sm-6 kc_column kc_col-sm-6\">\n<div class=\"kc-col-container\">\n<div class=\"kc-elm kc-css-579529 kc_text_block\">\n<p><strong>Op Franse schaal : \u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nHet nationale <a href=\"https:\/\/www.op-estuaires.fr\/nl\/plan-de-gestion-anguille\/\">Beheersplan van de Franse aal<\/a> van Frankrijk is in 2010 aangenomen, waardoor de visvangst van alle stadia van deze vissoort grondig veranderd is.<br \/>\nThans wordt ieder jaar een nationaal visquota bepaald op basis van de adviezen van een Wetenschappelijke commissie en van een Sociaal economische commissie van professionals en na een openbare raadpleging. Het bepalen van de quota\u2019s wordt gezamenlijk gedaan door het Ministerie van ecologische en verenigde transitie (MTES) waaronder de rivier beroepsvissers vallen en het Ministerie van Landbouw en Voeding (MAA) waaronder de beroepszeevisserij valt. In 2010, is de verkoop van de glasaal buiten de EU verboden waardoor de vissers van de markt met de grootste vraag en de beste beloning:  de Aziatische, ervan verstoken werden.<\/div>\n<div
